I was born and bred in Auckland, New Zealand but for the last 20 years have been an expat in Dubai and Singapore with my husband and two daughters. This was a wonderful experience for all of us and I loved meeting people from all walks of life. We have all recently moved back to Aotearoa and embraced the kiwi way of life with uber enthusiasm...there is no place like home! A big challenge for me over the past 5 years has been navigating my way through peri/menopausal symptoms and other health issues. From my own experiences it makes me feel even more passionate to share my knowledge and experience to support all women in their health journey but particularly women who are on their own menopausal journey. It is a beautiful time in our lives but also a time where there are a lot of psychological and physical changes and challenges along with lifestyle choices to be considered.

I have always been wanting to help beautiful people like yourself achieve their health goals. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Training Coach and Stott Pilates Instructor. Over this time, I have met amazing people and found this journey incredibly rewarding as I watch people change their mindset and prioritise their health.
is a safe space full of compassion, encouragement, knowledge, and support for you to flourish. I pride myself in putting people at ease and being a supportive listener. Sometimes in life we feel so overwhelmed, and we know we should be making better choices for our health, but we just don’t know how or where to begin. Our journey together will focus on how to nourish your body and mind with whole real food, how to move more, restore your body with adequate sleep, and balance and take charge of your mental wellbeing. I know you want to make lifestyle changes and create healthier habits, and I know it takes courage to take the first step forward to make that change, but you can do it!
